Enrollment

1. Complete the registration form.
2. Tuition and $25 registration fee must accompany your registration form. We cannot hold space without payment. Make checks payable to Karen Hegglin.
3. We are happy to extend a 10% discount on fees for your second child.

Make-Up Policy

Missed classes will not be deducted from tuition. Classes may be made up at another time during regular class sessions as agreed upon by teacher.

Billing

1 hour classes (Budding Beginner, Art Exploration)- $55.00 month
1.5 hour classes (Mixed Media)- $75.00
Tuition is due at the first lesson of each month, and late after the second week. There is a $10 late charge due for payments received after that date. Once you enroll, space will be held for you from month to month unless we receive notice of withdrawal in writing at least two weeks in advance. Drop outs, who do not give prior notification, will be responsible for the full amount of the next month’s tuition. There is a $20 charge for all returned checks.
